The Push by Ashley Audrain (1/5/21, 320 pages) – I’ve finally come to realize that really smart, literary suspense is the sort of thriller that works best for me and The Push falls squarely into that category. This is the story of a mother who has little to no connection with her daughter, but for good reasons. Worse still, cause to fear her.
