Jackie Hartlaub on Instagram: "Grinder salad sub in a mason jar 🤤 For the dressing  * Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons * Red wine vinegar: 1 tablespoon * Olive oil: 1 tablespoon * Dried oregano: 1/2 teaspoon * Salt: 1/4 teaspoon (adjust to taste) * Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (adjust to taste) * Fresh garlic: 1-2 cloves, minced For the salad * Cherry tomatoes, halved * Red onion, diced or thinly sliced  * Banana peppers, sliced * Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded * Deli meats (pepperoni, ham, turkey), sliced or diced * Iceberg lettuce, shredded 1. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine a little mayo (about 1-2 tablespoons), a splash of red wine vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 tablespoon), a pinch of dried oregano, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Adjust the quantities to suit your taste preferences. 2. Pour a little of the dressing into the jar 3.
