Add 1 bunch kale (rinsed, dried, stemmed, chopped), 1T lemon juice, 1/2t oregano, 1/2 t red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste.  Cook 5 - 8 minutes until kale wilts.  Garnish with red onion.
