This year I want to make some christmas punch instead of just buying mulled wine. in Finland we have some nice variations of punch (or glögi in Finnish), such as the one made from lingonberry juice. The seasoning is always pretty much the same: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, orange slices and sometimes star anise. You can use red wine as a base or add liquor into berry juice.
