Happy Valentine’s Day everybody 🫶💘 I hope you’re all having a fab day! This red velvet mug cake is perfect to celebrate with and it’s so quick and easy to make ❤️ It’s super soft and moist, packed with white chocolate chips and topped with cream cheese icing (optional but definitely recommended 🙌) Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: 3 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar 4 tbsp plain flour* 2 tbsp granulated sugar (or caster sugar) 3/4 tsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil Red food colouring 30g white choc chips (optional) Cream cheese icing: 40g cream cheese + 15g icing sugar, mixed until smooth Makes 1 large or 2 small mug cakes 🥰 Microwave (700W) for 1 min 10 secs - cooking times are a guide, please watch your cak
