It's a healthy oil biscuit recipe as it's made with olive oil, no butter, flour, honey, and a small quantity of sugar. The result is a crispy delicious biscuit that will go perfectly with your cup of tea or coffee.
Kofta, also called Kafta or Kefta, is traditional Moroccan ground meat usually seasoned with onion, cumin, paprika, garlic, and fresh herbs. It is used for various Kofta dishes, such as kabobs, patties and meatballs. One of my favorite dishes growing up in Morocco was the Kofta, especially when it was barbecued in a charcoal brazier.
