Put 1 tablespoon of honey in each spot. Remember to leave some space between them) • - Place 1 teaspoon of pistachios over the honey and arrange sliced apples on top. • - Put a round-cut puff pastry sheet over the apples, press the edges, and brush with egg yolk.
