DIY Pie Jar Lids🥧🍎🎃 Clay pies
•To get started, grab some clay. You can use air-dry clay, but oven-bake clay works best for this project as it’s more durable and can withstand washing. •Imagine the lid as your baking dish and the clay as your pie dough – just sculpt a pie, but in mini size! 🥧 For the pumpkin and apple figurines, I reinforced them with a toothpick for extra support. •After the clay was set or baked, I painted the pieces with acrylic paint. To give them a realistic look, I used a simple kitchen sponge, dabbing on paint and blending with the clean side of the sponge. •Finally, I sealed everything with a glossy acrylic varnish for that perfect pie shine! #autumndiy #fallcrafts #fallclay #diydecor #claydecorations #claypie
