Joulu

Fill a round balloon with water that is either distilled or that has been boiled for a minute and then cooled. The outer layer will freeze first, so set outside until mostly frozen. Remove the balloon. If having trouble removing the balloon, run hot water over the almost completely frozen globe until the balloon pops and removes itself. Pour out all unfrozen water from inside and insert an electronic or led tealight. This makes a great driveway or walkway marker during heavy snowfall.
