Here we are with day 11 after a couple of days of time standing still to focus on some things for the the family (more about that is some scrapbooking coming soon). Just wanted to finish up my 12 days of Christmas cards first, so here's day 11 and 12. This one is suer easy and quick - just a bit of Silver embossing and some adhesive rhinestones. The Christmas tree set is from Stampin' Up!'s Solemn Stillness set. Sorry about the dodgy pic, the card is actually straight IRL! Here's the recipe…

This isn't a rubber ducky or even a plastic ducky.....it's a nice "made to last" wooden ducky - the kind I probably had when I was a little baby. The adorable image is from Floppy Latte and was given to me because yes, in case you haven't already guessed......NO, I'm not pregnant!!!!!! It was given to me since I was recently asked to join the design team at Digi Haven and we all got an image from Floppy Latte to use on our card today!!! Head on over to Digi Haven and join in our challenge…

A Scrapjourney
I was going to load this earlier but I've just tidy my room after completing 19 Christmas cards they were what I call Clean and Simple and what I also call conveyor belt crafting which I hate. So back to my Less is More card, the challenge calls for Silver and yes that is Silver embossing but my camera is giving it a yellow tinge. I cut a square template with a nestability to place over my white card so I could stamp and distress it, inside the square and then stamped the large tree to one…

This is one handmade Christmas card made from high quality cardstock and it measures approx. 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Card is made of a kraft cardstock. The front of the card has a layer of white cardstock on top. A die cut of a deer head with antlers from polka dot patterned paper was adhered to the front. "have a jolly holiday" was hand stamped onto the bottom corner in a matching green ink. The inside of the card was hand stamped with "Merry Christmas" in the same green ink. Card will come…

This card not only met the CCC13 November challenge to use up forgotten stash (the wooden snowflake in this case and the stamp has never been inked in the *!*!* years I have had it!! ) it also fits with the Less is More challenge to use string or twine and the Festive Friday challenge to include a wreath.
