Lacto fermented Blueberry Jam. 2 lb berries, 3/4 c honey or Sucanat, 2 tsp sea salt, 1/3 c whey from yogurt or kefir. Mix first 3  ing in a sauce pan, simmer 5 min- smashing. Transfer to jars,leave at room temp 2 days (burp the jars) transfer to cold storage, keeps up to 2 months.
