🍣 Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites 🍣
📝 Ingredients👇👇 400g salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes 🐟 1/2 cup cornstarch 🌽 1/2 tsp paprika 🌶️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄 Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒 1/4 cup mayonnaise 🥄 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 🌶️ 1 tbsp honey 🍯 1 tsp sriracha (optional) 🔥 👨‍🍳 Directions👇👇 1️⃣ Toss salmon in cornstarch, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper until coated. 2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan and cook salmon bites until golden and crispy, 2-3 mins per side. 3️⃣ Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha for the Bang Bang sauce. 4️⃣ Toss cooked salmon in sauce and serve immediately. ⏰ Total Time: 20 mins 🍽️ Servings: 4 #BangBangSalmon #CrispyBites #SeafoodLovers
