Kacchi Kairi Shots / Ful jar soda
Ingredients :
1 Raw Mango, chopped into small pieces (Kacchi Kairi)
Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina)
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
1/2 Green Chilli (optional)
Black Salt (as per taste)
1/2 tsp roasted & crushed Cumin Seeds Powder
2 tbs Rock Candy (Mishri - alternatively regular sugar can be used)
1/2 Lemon Juice
Ice Cubes
2-3 spoon Water
Salt and Chilli Powder
Lemon wedge
Club Soda
Method :
In a mixer jar, take chopped Raw Mango
Add fresh Mint Leaves
Add 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Add 1/2 Green Chilli (optional)
Add Black Salt (as per taste)
Add 1/2 tsp Roasted & crushed Cumin Seeds Powder
Add 2 tbs Rock Candy
Add 1/2 Lemon Juice
Add 3-4 Ice Cubes
Add a little Water & churn to make fine pulp
Further take a small bowl, mix some Salt and Chilli Powder in it
Take a shot glass & moisten rim with Lemon wedge
Dip glass into salt mixture (to decorate glass)
Pour Kacchi Kairi pulp into this glass
To serve, take a big glass
Add 4-5 Ice Cubes
Fill 3/4 of the glass with Club Soda
Drop a shot glass of Kairi pulp in it
Garnish with Mint Leaves
(You can also enjoy this pulp with a glass of water and a lot of ice cubes)
