  • 1/2 cup Basil, fresh leaves
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 3 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 (28-ounce) can Italian plum tomatoes in puree
  • 4 cups Kale
  • 4 cups Savoy cabbage
  • 1/2 lb White beans, dried
  • 2 cups Yellow onions
Canned Goods
  • 6 cups Chicken stock
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil, good
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 4 cups Sourdough bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
