45 jj 5 knee push up 35 superman push up 30 russian twists 10 lunges each leg 15 jackknife sit up 35 jj 30 jump rope 10 side-to-side jumps 10 incline push up (or diamond) 10 tri dips 20 vertical leg crunches 50 bikes 20 bird dogs 30 sec plan

Dancer's Legs Workout

Ballet: artistic performance or athletic sport?

dancer's leg workout, I think I might need to do this twice in a row for me to get dancer legs lol

Dance Moms workout..this could leave you feeling VERY sore!---------for my little sisters and mom, they love this show

This would be too fun to do with my girls!Work out while watching Dance Moms! Would be fun to have a drinking game for the show too lol

Daily Workout Plan: Tuesday Tuesdays are always my hardest days to workout. Monday i'm motivated Tuesday's i'm lazy/sore. Wednesday i'm motivated again.
