Paleo-Soft-and-Cakey-Pumpkin-Chocolate-Chip-Cookies . . . Made these on 4/3/13. VERY good! This will definitely be a Fall favorite. I did tweak the recipe to reduce the carbs. They're not really high but hubby is diabetic so I wanted them lower. Still tasted fantastic and would definitely recommend this recipe. Super easy to make and they freeze great too. ~ Becky
