The Blue Mosque in old Istanbul is one of the finest buildings I've seen in the World, almost magical at the blue moment just after sunset.

The newest landmark in Dubai is Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the World. This view is from Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world, and across the pond which holds musical fountains, also the largest in the World. A must see in Dubai :)
Wieliczka, a salt mine close to Krakow and originating from the 1400s, now an impressive sight. This great church is part of the underground mines.

Laos is probably the most wonderful country I've visited, especially Luang Prapang along the Mekong River. The small town is full of buddist temples and monasteries like here where two young monks walk across the temple yard bypassing a beautiful bouganvillea. Peace, friendliness, good food and beautiful nature. What would you want more?
