3 mashed bananas (the riper the better!), 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp baking powder, 3 cups oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 T. Blueberries  380 Degrees, for about 21 minutes, afterwards you can put on broil for 2 minutes if you like.

Breakfast Oatmeal Cupcakes: 3 mashed bananas (the riper the better) 1 cup vanilla almond milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp baking powder 3 cups oats 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips (or blueberries)

Blueberry Muffins.  Sub coconut oil for vegetable oil and plain greek yogurt for sour cream and good to go.  Next time I'll try using blackberries.
