Kogge. Utover på 1200-tallet ble koggene den dominerende typen havgående handelsskip. Koggene var flatbunnet, brede og kunne ta stor last. De var lette å seile, bl.a. fordi roret relativt tidlig ble utformet som stavnror. Utover på 1400-tallet ble skipene etter hvert rigget opp med flere master og flere seil på hver mast. Tormilind in full sail (a photo from Käsmu Maritime Museum collection). I see it as my duty towards my skillful ancestors to tell their story, because who else should tell it? Peeter Sepp was said to have bent the whole 42 meter plank for the ship. the building happened in a former tavern that was turned into a workshop, near Hara gulf in Northern Estonia.
