Zucchini Chips :) : Heat Oven to 140°C. Wash Zucchini and dry it. Cut in thin slices (ca. 4 mm). Salt them. Put on baking paper on a baking plate. Let them in the oven for at least 1 hour until they are gold-brown. Serve.
I love this idea, esp. with spraying with olive oil spray and 1 tbsp sesame seeds - 100 calorie healthy snack!!!!!!!!
