Kale + extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. One cup of fresh chopped KALE only contains 35 calories and 7 grams of carbohydrates.
No-burn kale chips: Heat oven to get the kale ready (washed, shredded, spun, coated with fat & salted or seasoned), then the minute you put the kale into the oven turn the oven OFF. Let the kale sit in the oven for mins.
