Silence: The Power of Quiet in a World Full of Noise, Thich Nhat Hahn: I usually skip over spiritually-oriented material, but the second I started reading this I felt like I’d stumbled on something important. Since starting it, I bought an intro title to his work (Thich Nhat Hanh‘s written a truckload of books), called The Miracle of Mindfulness, as well as The Art of Power, and a crossover Buddhism/Freudian work by Mark Epstein: The Trauma of Everyday Life. —Mike
