Raspberry Lemon Bars. Okay, I am going to go ahead and call these a "seems like it is going to fail" kind of dessert. It is a pretty thick crust, but you need it to stand up to the tart bar. It will NOT look like it set. In fact, I cooked mine way longer than it suggested. But everyone loved them and I enjoyed the spin of making them blackberry lime bars. Maybe I will make them again.... Maybe.
