Mango Lassi - Cool, delicious, tropical and refreshing. I've made this a couple times now. I often get ripened mangoes at my supermarket reduced price for quick sale and always end up with all these extra ones about to go bad. This is a great way to use them up and it's absolutely delicious. I also add about a quarter cup of sugar to give it a little more sweetness. YUM.
