Baked Bolognese -- eta: I made this tonight and it was fantastic! I subbed a 14oz can of fire roasted tomatoes and 1 jar of Barilla roasted garlic sauce for the 28oz. can of tomatoes, used grd. turkey (cause it was sitting int he fridge) and seasoned it w/onion and garlic powders, oregano, parsley. Yum! (and it'll be even better tomorrow).
