No gym needed - your at home boot camp exercise routine

Trying this tonight. Maybe with a little cardio in between each set. 5 minutes of running before I start, then one set > 5 min run > set two > 5 min run > set 3 > 5 min run > circuit 2 1st set > 5 min run > set 2 >5 min run plus a 15-20 minute cool down on the bike. Gotta keep it exciting!
