I had never heard of Cincinnati chili before, but this recipe caught my eye. I discovered it even has its own wikipedia page. In this case, it's unique because it uses a little bit of cocoa powder and tends to be a thinner, sauce-like consistency vs traditional chili. Apparently it's delicious over spaghetti (I'm sold).
