How to make steamed Asian Pork and Prawn Dumplings_I’ve always been a fan of Asian dumplings. These morsels are complex in flavor and textures. Well, perhaps if you’re not aiming for the standards of many Famed Dumpling Restaurants, but I’m sure they will be a satisfying treat for dumpling aficionados at home. I like to add enoki mushrooms to mine for extra crunch. They can be devoured on their own with a dip in soy sauce and sliced ginger, or my favorite, plunged into steaming noodle soup.
