Crock Pot Chicken Ranchero. Made the chicken in the crockpot (just without the ranchero sauce) and it was really tender. Shredded it and added 1 cup ranchero and then used it for mini pepper nachos. Hot ranchero on the side with avocado chunks and light sour cream. Really good. The ranchero was great, but I need to remember to use fresh garlic instead of pre-minced jarred.
