I like the way he describes it though, and I think those of us who eat meat ought to know how our meat is raised and processed. I especially like his comment: "For most people in the western world, the reality is that every single piece of food that is eaten has been touched, in some way, by another human being." This is probably one reason I so enjoy the food we grow in our garden.
