How you respond to a hindrance depends upon how entrenched it is. Hindrances  do not arrive full-blown. They start as a single negative mind moment and then proliferate. The sooner you catch this train of thought, the easier it is to stop it. Any time hindrances are present, you cannot make progress with mindfulness or concentration. At first it is very simple. June 4 - Turning the Wheel of Dharma Day and Birthday of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche   It is because of the great kindness of Buddha in turning the Wheel of Dharma that people of this world have the opportunity to follow a spiritual path to the permanent inner peace of enlightenment.
