Andre Agassi ... Maybe because I lived in Las Vegas ... Not sure. I wasn't a huge fan until he won his first Wimbledon. Stopped following tennis closely in the late 1980s. Followed the women's game because there were interesting stories. Men's game ... not so much. However, I was nearly moved to tears when Agassi finally won. So much promise at a young age seemingly blown, but he comes clean and beats a really solid Goran Ivanisevic. What a moment. Became a huge fan then.
