Made this for dinner last night - easy & GREAT flavor - may be a new go to dinner! 1/2 pack of noodles would only feed 4 for a side dish. Doubled the recipe and added shrimp for a main course. Only used a pinch of red pepper flakes and would not add the next time. Ginger gives this enough 'zing' for my taste.
