Banana nut muffins, quinoa flour and quinoa flakes.  Egg free option - used this a template - only 1 cup quinoa flour, added 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar, zest of a lemon, two tablespoons lemon juice, agave syrup instead of maple syrup (didn't have maple), no nuts or cinnamon.  Comes to about 90 calories.
