Duck a l'orange: Looks like a good base to start, but will be adding quite a bit. Mostly chose this one because I don't have a lot left in the pantry. Also cook time on the duck looks too long: I usually do 7 mins (med-high for 4, med-low for 3), then flip for 4 to 5 mins more on med heat. Might try as a salad, using sauce as dressing... Spinach, grilled peaches, feta cheese, onions, almonds?
