Chicken and Spinach Crepes

∙ Serves 6
  • 2 cups Chicken or turkey, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Leek or green onions
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 10-ounce package Spinach, frozen
  • 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Nonstick spray coating
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup Skim milk
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 2 tbsp Sherry, dry
  • 1/2 cup Water
Tools & Equipment
  • 1 Reynolds parchment paper
