Interesting article. Staying healthy and fit is essential for the baby's health, being lethargic and "taking it easy" just because you're pregnant is bogus. I never listened to that crap when I was pregnant. I still ran 2-3 mi/day. My now 10 y.o. son is healthy and fit. Hmm... imagine that.
