Sticky Ginger Shrimp with Scallion Rice // This was good. I doubled the sauce and added about 3 cups of broccoli with the shrimp. Should have reduced the sauce for at least 15 minutes before adding the shrimp. It was still too liquid by the time the shrimp was cooked through. Also added about 1 tsp of sriracha to the sauce for a little extra kick. Kids loved this - it's definitely worth making again. Could also easily make it with pre-cooked chicken.
