5 house plants for better sleep : , sanservia, lavendar( difficult indoor plant, I would use oil), English ivy,aloe vera, & jasmine,( also difficult to grow, needs lots of light, doubt a bedroom window in daylight will be a good placement. Try growing it in a sunny room & rubbing it w/ fingers when you awaken. Or use oil, which is ver strong, I cannot tolerate it's sickening sweet smell. Maybe a live plant is more tolerable. ) ALady.
