Protein Bars- + depending on the type of bar. These are great to help you gain weight or post workout to build lean strong muscle. Aim for ones with lots of protein. Keep some in the car for a snack on the go. Also great for between meal snacks.
Chocolate Chip Brownie Oar Bars -- These are so good and chocolately. They aren't overly sweet, which we really like. My kids are crazy about them. I used one whole egg instead of two egg whites and just used cup mini chips.
