Strawberry Meringues:  Per the website, you can also (1) change the flavor by switching the jam, (2) use Nutella, peanut butter, melted chocolate, (3) infuse your jam with a little booze, or (4) place your meringue in a pastry bag fitted with a tip and shape them that way. The ones in the photo were dropped by spoonful on to a parchment-lined bakesheet in order to get the strong swirls (the pastry bag blends the jam and dyes the meringue.
