Healthy dessert - one apple, a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of coconut oil, a hint of cinnamon and plain yogurt. Slice the apple(s) thinly and melt the coconut oil in a frying pan. Place the slices on the frying pan and stir about two minutes. Add honey and sprinkle cinnamon – wait until the apple slices are fried. Serve the mixture in a small bowl with the yogurt – voilá!
