This is SO True! Food is the most widely abused anti-anxiety drug in America, and exercise is the most potent and underutilized antidepressant.

I wish this weren't true, but it is. Also, the first mile is the hardest, whether you are running one mile, three miles, or 26.2 miles (or 50 miles, so I've been told). Once you're on your way, it gets easier.

'The hardest step for a runner, is the first one out of the front door' . This was totally me this morning.
