I used the sauce portion of the recipe, but kinda changed how I cooked it so there was less oil and more veggies. Added red pepper flakes for some heat. GREAT!

Copycat PF Chang's Mongolian Beef tastes just like PF Chang's version, but is made much healthier, and cheaper, at home!
Mongolian Beef- made 2-26-14. Good, quite sweet. Used top sirloin, 1 T. Garlic, and 1/4 c. Oil. It makes a lot of sauce but it's good. Next time, will add some carrot strips, pea pods for some texture.
