Good food at home! Xkunvat, a traditional sweet from the Island of Malta. Swirls and knots of Aniseed Pastry with honey and sprinkled with colorful sugar vermicelli. Half the batch was deep fried and the rest baked. Both batches were mixed together which made it more pleasing to the eye and gave a slightly healthier option.
