Helsinki's Kantareller, known in English as the 'chantarelle' mushroom, can be found and harvested if one is skillful and/or lucky in both Sweden and Finland. Since I saw Kantareller available in the market, I bought some, rinsed it in water, and finally I sauteed it in butter until it was golden brown. Finally, I sprinkled the whole concoction with some salt and pepper and ate it with toast with a dash of dill.    What other kinds of Finnish food should I try while I am staying in Helsinki?
