4 breasts, ½ C plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic,1 tsp. finely chopped onion, a good pinch of salt & pepper, 1 tsp. dried Italian herbs. Preheat to 375, Place chicken in a large resealable bag and use mallet to flatten. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, coat chicken with yogurt mixture. Place chicken on a foil lined pan (so they aren’t touching). Bake for 30-35 minutes, then broil on high for about 2 minutes so they get nice and toasty on the top.
