Yuca with Garlic Sauce (Yuca con Ajo)-This is by far the BEST Yuca con Ajo I've ever had. I'm born and raised in Miami and have tried Yuca many times at many places. This is my favorite. i've made it twice from this recipe and it's a hit. Super easy to make (I used the frozen Yuca root). Try it....you're gonna love it!
