I'm not trying to be skinny, dainty, thin. I don't want a smaller ass or a thinner thighs. God blessed me with an abundance in both areas and I celebrate it! I'm building them both up even bigger! Cause I'm a strong woman.
A point said: Crossfit is helping me to set goal for strength and healthy body versus old goals to be "stick skinny" even of the scale doesn't move or my pants don't get smaller my body will be toned and beautiful :)
