Russian pelmini: Ingredients: - 3.5 cups of flour - 2 cups of water- add more as needed to prevent sticky dough. - 1 pound of ground pork - 1 pound of ground beef - 2 onions, grated - 3 cloves of garlic minced - salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Angel Hair with Chicken and Spinach
TOUR 1: RUSSIA. POTATO DUMPLINGS We used the microwave for 10 minutes to cook the potatoes. We also added melted butter to the dough since it was so thick. I highly recommend mixing the bacon and onion together with canned mushroom sauce to top off the dumplings.
