Lightened Up Summer Granola.  2c rolled oats. 1/2c almonds. 1/2c uncooked millet. 2tbsp ground flax. 1/4 cup Sucanat or brown sugar. 1/2-3/4 tsp kosher salt. 1/2tsp cinnamon. Heaping 2tbsp applesauce. 1/4c brown rice syrup, 3tbsp maple cinnamon almond butter with hemp, flax, chia or other nut butter. 1tsp puere vanilla extract. 2vanilla beans scraped, 1/2 tsp almond extract.
